Fekete Ádám: – The most important was to win. Against zona difense we could not score, so we could not be effective. But we struggled and beat the opponents who played nice. I think now the ability to fight was the basic to the victory. I would like to stress that now our Hungarian players Hendlein, Kiss Kornél and Szőke) played above their average. In hard situation we showed that as a team we can be effective.

In the pre-season the teams had met. There the team of Pécs could win after 2 extra times by 2 points. Since then the roaster of Pécs has changed - Todd Hendley arrived to the place of Anthony Dill.
The game started with Dunn's triple. After Hendlein and Spica's nice actions the first quarter finished at 14-21. Then Pécs tried to hold the result by zona diffense, which could be broken by Swanston's triple. So KKK lead by 10 points.
Hendlein and Spica was very agile under the basket so spectators could see a 20-point difference on the black board. Halász at PVSK could fresh their playing but there was no real chance for Pécs to come close. They tried to throw triples (22) without result. The last points were shot by Nikola Fekete who seems to be healed after his injury and he made a triple in the last second.
Csirke Ferenc: - I have not seen such a catastrophic shooting percent recently. It is very difficult to win if we shoot like this. All my team played bad.
Fekete Ádám: - I congratulate to my team. Finally, we could do again what we did only against Körmend. We demonstrated that there is much more capacity in this team
